The Color of Coco

Yesterday we said goodbye to our dog Coco.  She was a wonderful chocolate lab; a great companion with an easy going spirit.  Luckily she had a long happy life, living over 15 years.  I've always loved the color brown, maybe more than most.  So as a memorial to Coco, here are some rooms that showcase the color brown.  Chocolaty brown walls are my favorite.

Wish I Was There!

Well I guess they call this a "staycation"....I am home this summer wishing I was at the shore for a real, get-out-of-town vacation!  I found this great escape thanks to Coastal Living Magazine and just had to share it.  I love the beach-like interior colors.  Check out the shades of sky and sand used in this beautiful beach house, photographed by J. Savage Gibson. To see the complete article, go to Coastalliving.com
